3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment must be made at the time of order through the available checkout options.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
4. Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Your order is considered accepted only when it is processed and shipped.
We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:

5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times provided on the Website are estimates only.
Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or factors beyond our control.
Once an order is shipped, risk of loss passes to the customer.

If Order isn’t received in 30 Working days, customer is reimbursed.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are not included in product prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns are accepted only in accordance with our Return Policy.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the stated time frame.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our criteria.
8. Warranty & Limitations
Unless stated otherwise, products are sold as-is with no warranty beyond what is required by law.
Fellimods is not responsible for:

9. Modded & Customized Watches (If applicable)
By purchasing any modified or customized watch, you acknowledge that:

Modding may void the manufacturer’s original warranty;

Performance and durability may differ from stock models;

Fellimods is not affiliated with Seiko or any other manufacturer unless explicitly stated.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fellimods shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

Lost profits or lost data;

Delays or failures beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events outside our control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation failures, or internet outages.

By making a purchase, you consent to the processing of your data as described therein.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Paris unless local consumer law requires otherwise.

Changes apply only to future orders.
